India, boasting the highest tally of five Under-19 World Cup titles, are aiming for their sixth trophy. Their illustrious history in the tournament includes triumphs in 2000 under Mohammad Kaif‘s leadership, 2008 under Virat Kohli‘s captaincy and 2012 with Unmukt Chand at the helm. Their most recent victory came in 2022, under the leadership of Yash Dhull. Conversely, Australia have claimed the trophy three times, with their last victory in 2010 under the guidance of Mitchell Marsh.
